Regarding the existence and creation date and time of the files in question, I can confirm that the files ballpark_083106.tar.gz and ballpark_083106b.tar.gz do indeed exist on the mzla.com account as of Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 3:30pm.  I can also confirm that the information given from the Linux "stat" command indeed shows that these two files were created on Thursday, August 31, 2006 and have not been modified since that time.  

Output from these "stat" commands are printed below.  This information was used to draw the conclusion stated above.  Please note that the server wdclnx56 contains Keith Blackwell's VPS account located in /home/accounts/mzla.com and that the files in question are located under this VPS at the default web root directory called /var/www/html.
